If you missed the MENC meeting on 9-27-06 this is what you need to know:

I.  Shindig

            A. September 29th!

                        i. Hayride and Bonfire                   

II.  Bulliten board in choir room will be changed soon.

III.  Herberger’s Coupons

A.     Amy got 100 coupons and will make a sign-up sheet and e-mail for Dr. Lockwood to print.

B.     We get from 12pm-2pm at the mall on October 14^th, and we get all the money for that day.  Dr. Lockwood, Amy, and one other person will be at the mall that day.

IV.  Young Artist’s Competition

A.     Flyers have been sent out

B.     Information is on the MENC website

C.     We need to think of more forms of advertising

E.      We are working on sending out a mass e-mail.

V.  Recruiting

            A. Encourage everyone to join!  Due Wednesday, October 18th!
