1. Why join MENC???
2. Print and fill out the registration (pdf file)
3. Bring registration form and dues to the M.E.N.C. meeting or return them to Dr. Lockwood's office (Spafford 301). M.E.N.C. registration cost is $25. (checks can be made out to M.E.N.C.)
4. Order a polo shirt (if you do not already have one). Cost is $15 and payment can be made when registration dues are turned in. Sizes range from medium to XXL.
If you would like you can right one check for $40 that would include the M.E.N.C. registration dues as well as the cost for the polo.	Now you are officially a member of NSU M.E.N.C. Chapter 506! Be sure to keep an eye out for meeting times and activities.
Registration due no later than Wednesday, October 18th - 5 pm!
