Digital Imaging

By: Eric Schwan

This page was designed for my Digital Imaging class. In this class we learned about Adobe Photoshop. In adobe you can take your original picture and format it to a much better picture. Also in this class we learned about the use of Navigation systems.  One system that we deal with was GIS system. Kent Jensen from South Dakota State University came and gave a presentation on the use of GIS in South Dakota.  In this Digital Imaging page you can view original pictures that I took and other pictures that I formatted on Adobe Photoshop.  Also in this site you can view two microscope picture slides and a brief description on GIS systems and the information they use. There are different ways that you can save a file. Two ways to save a picture file is a JPEG file or a TIF file. There is a section on this site that talks about these different file settings.  So enjoy the site and pictures that I have taken.
